 HPD Series Hollow Paddle Dryer
Application: This machine is an indirect-touch heater , suitable to varies of paste
powder and particle heat-stable materials .It is also used thermal instable
material by adding especial sector . Adding cold medium ,it can cool powder
or particle material . Adding hot medium , it can warm materials and be used
to reactors that need to heated .
●Main heating medium: steam , heat water , heat oil .
●yped dry materials : carrier of aluminum hydroxide ,utmost fine coal powder ,carbon black, wet carrier of aluminum hydroxide , nylon ,polypropylene , polyethylene ,ardealite ,
,salicylic ,PAT industry slit, sinking barium sulphate , nitroaniline , sodium fluoride ,phthalocyanine blues ,ASN resin and other material .

●CHARACTERISTICS :
① High heat efficiency , up to 95% ,is four to six times than hot
air dry ,is two to three times than plate-tower dryer.
②Save space .There is a larger transfer heat area in small place
③Self-cleaning ,avoid material scar or cling to the shell .
④Easy operate .
⑤No dust ,air is fresh , confront to environment requirement.
⑥Not damage to crystal grain .
⑦Lower noise ≤90dB
