 HRD Series Rotary Cylinder Dryer
This type machine is a large output dryer , which can dry powder 、particle 、bump and paste material .According
to the different touch-manner of the material and the hot medium , it is divided into three dry type : direct-touch dry 、indirect-touch dry and compound dry .The direct-touch dryer is suitable to the material that is a larger size
non-polluted and not dirty the environment such as : mineral oral、 PVC、 compound fertilizer， clay 、coal etc .
The indirect-touch dryer is suitable to thermal unstable material and long reduce-speed-dry period material such
as: ammonium sulphate 、organ crystal grain、pitch etc .The compound dryer is suitable to powder or lighter material such as: phosphate fertilizer 、ardealite etc .
● Main hot medium : fume 、hot air 、steam etc .
The wet material is carried into the hopper and then slid into the shell by feeding pipe .
The horizontal center of the rotating shell is slight slop and the material comes from upper side
The hot medium comes from lower side that is mixed with material from adverse direction .
( the same direction is also permit ,which is called parallel flow) .In the moving ahead ,
the wet material is heated and dried and then is discharged .There are many kinds of lifting
plates ( their form vary by different material ) that can lift and disperse material in the
shell , enlarging the touching area of the material and hot air ,promoting dry efficiency .
The material in waste air is collected in rotating air separator . If the lower quantity dust
in waste air is required , the bag dust-collector or the water-spraying dust-collector is
essential .
