 HVD Series Vacuum Harrow Dryer
This machine is almost suitable to different form material and different characteristic material ,which is especially used to dry inflammable 、explosive 、poisonous、 oxidative material .According to different material and procession requirement ,many unit operation machines are required ,including dry dust-collector 、wet dust-collector、condenser 、pump condensate trap etc . Meantime this machine is also applied to the solid-liquor mixed-heating action and the solid-solid mixed-heating action.

HVD Series Vacuum Harrow Dryer is an indirect-touching dryer , which transfer heat by jacket.The wet material feeded through upper inlet is agitated and mixed by a rotating harrow shaft.( the harrow shaft can be hot-shaft or cold-shaft ,which is determined by different materials and procession requirement. ) The vaporized solvent is discharged on time by a vacuum pump .Owingto a high degree of vacuum (common is 400-700mmHg ),the boiling point is lower and the steam pressure on the outer surface of drying material is quite higher than that of in the shell,which is advantage to the moving of the solvent molecule and the evaporation of the outer wet or the inner wet . A automatic controlling device is adopted , which can change the rotating direction of the shaft one times in five or ten minutes and non-grade adjustment speed is available by especial requirement .
