 HXD Xeries Spin Flash Dryer
This machine is suitable to drying powder 、particle 、 cake-like 、 paste and silt-like material. It is extensively applied to many industries such as mine 、 chemical engineering、light industry、foodstuff 、pharmaceuticals and so on .

Typed dry material: carrier aluminum hydroxide , light calcium carbonate , active calcium
carbonate , kaolin , dyeing ,white carbonate black , vanadic oxide ,zinc
sulfate , pesticide and other material .

Spin Flash Dryer is one of adverse-flowing dry. This system is mainly consisted of feeder
drying chamber、hot-air stove 、rotating air separator 、bag dust-collector and other sectors .
The wet material is carried into drying chamber by feeder and is lifted from the bottom by
the hot medium which is blowed into the chamber across tangential direction . Meanwhile the
agitating teeth drived by the shaft is rotating rapidly . The paste material is shattered
and formed irregular particles .The drying small particle is very light and the rotating
radius is smaller ,so it can pass the separator and be collected by rotating air tramper .
The un-drying big particle is much heavy and the rotating radius is larger ,so it can not
pass the separator and stays in the chamber ,which is re-smashed and re-drying .The cycle
is constantly going and the wet material is dried continuously .
